| Our lead consultant, Jeanne Armostrong M.D. has a long history in using, and training how to use Allscripts Enterprise EHR (formerly TouchWorks). She is an actively practicing physician, board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Armstrong was first introduced to version 10 of TouchWorks, rapidly becoming a super user of the application. In 2006, she was invited to work as a clinical consultant for Allscripts, and joined a small team, tasked to develop the first Version 11 Noteform content. Since then, Jeanne has helped build 100's of V11 Noteforms that are delivered with the application, and generate the style guide still published by Allscripts today. In addition, as a practicing physician and user of TouchWorks, she was specially invited to participate in the current Allscripts Physician Advisory Board (PAB) program, helping to generate new ideas that will make the TouchWorks content more user friendly in the future. No other clinical consultant outside of Allscripts has this much experience with version 11, which give us an incredible edge over our competition. In addition to practical use of the application, Dr. Armstrong has trained thousands of doctors, residents, and other clinical staff in the Saint Vincents health care system, on how to best use TouchWorks in their practice. |
